Grant Application

Applications are accepted from August 1st through October 15, 2025. Grants are awarded in December and you will be notified by mail and/or email whether or not your grant request was approved.

Please download the Grant Application Worksheet to review what information will be required when completing the application.

When you are prepared to submit, please submit the application form and any supporting documents online.

Should you be awarded a Grant, you will be required to complete a Grant Accountability Agreement. This will be forwarded to you by the Grant chairperson at the time of notification.
